To request a refund, simply email us at contact@scriptcalligraphy.com with your order details and reason for the refund. We’ll process your request within 5-7 business days.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Approved refunds generally appear on your statement within 7-10 business days. International transactions or certain banks may take a bit longer. We will notify you as soon as the refund has been issued on our end.
Personalized coaching sessions, downloadable resources, or any services that have already been delivered in full are not eligible for refunds. Promotional or discounted purchases may be refunded in the form of course credit.
If a significant portion of the course has been completed, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or provide credit toward future cohorts instead of a full reimbursement. We’ll discuss available options with you during the review process.
